Office Move Direct is a small business that provides relocation and transport services to the lower mainland of British Columbia. Office Move Direct aims at growing larger by investing revenues into human resource development, a strategy that worked wonders for Herb Kelleher's SouthWest Airlines. Management has begun work on several projects that include a "Tuition Points" program (a bonus point system that awards exceptional employees with two times the value when they convert their bonuses to tuition fees) and a franchising package where successful employees are encouraged to open their own franchise in areas with viable markets. Office Move Direct has begun the study of olympic city traffic patterns to be better able to serve the city of Vancouver as it prepares for the 2010 Olympics.
