At the completion of each project, employees can be awarded a bonus,
delivered as a quantity of "Tuition Points" which are
calculated from a percentage of their pay and based on management's assessment of the
group's over all performance on the project.
These points can be cashed in at the end of each pay period whereby each point equals one
dollar of value. However, individuals who would like to, or are already attending a
qualifying educational institution, training facility or community development course,
can have their Tuition Points applied directly to the tuition fees of the institution,
facility or program whereby each point equals two dollars of value.
