Inventory

Office Move Direct can provide a detailed inventory of your belongings. In addition to allowing us to provide you with our coverage packages, an inventory will document your assets and create an opportunity to value them. A Project Manager will provide you with inventory forms or, for a nominal fee, Office Move Direct will perform the inventory for you.

Coverage Inventory and Condition Assessment Fee

In order to provide you with our coverage packages, your covered belongings must be inventoried and assessed. The Cost of Coverage and Assessment fee covers the cost for our representative to inventory and assess your covered belongings and complete the OMT Protection Form.

A charge of $20 covers the site visit and paper work. A per item surcharge covers the cost of checking and recording the condition of each item. Note that accessories are included in the surcharge. This means, for example, the charge to inventory and assess a single computer, keyboard, mouse and speakers is $20.50, but the cost to inventory and assess 100 computers, with similar accessories, is only $70.00.
