Rates
Our OMDelivery Rates are determined from a basic rate per zone adjusted by a handling time factor.
Handling
Handling time is estimated over the phone and determined when our Move Co-Ordinator arrives with a truck to
pick up the items.

Handling Time 1
Applies to items that do not require disassembly and reassembly, packing, shrinkwrapping and can be loaded directly
from the pick up and unloaded directly to the drop off.
Handling Time 2
Applies to items that require shrinkwrapping, light disassembly and reassembly, must be moved up or
down small flights of stairs and/or have bulky dimensions or other minor difficulties that must be overcome.
Handling Time 3
Applies to items that require heavy disassembly and reassembly, increased time on job, movement up
medium or large flights of stairs, extensive handbalming, installation, and/or other significant difficulties that
must be overcome.

All our zones are within the Greater Vancouver Regional District.

Please Note That:
a) Items that make up more than 200 cubic feet of space, or require more than two men to deliver/move them, fall
within our Moving category and are subject to an hourly rate, or a sight visit by a project manager to deliver a
free estimate.
b) We do not move extremely heavy items, items requiring flat bed truck or dangerous or contaminated goods.
